The 13th Annual Peer Awards ceremony, sponsored by TIVA-DC, recognizes the
region's outstanding production work in visual media. It was held Saturday
evening, November 14th, at the National Press Club in Washington. Emcee for the
event was Delaney Williams. Presenters were Cynthia Steele Vance, Greg
Williams, Connie Bowman, Kirk Penberthy, Anne Hall and Tim Pabon.
